The unique concept of the HM machine allows a wide variety of operations to be performed on all sides of the beam. This makes the HM machine the machine of choice where high productivity and product flexibility are important.

Operations are performed in parallel as much as possible, which doubles production speed.
Unique working method allows a log cabin connection, with wind stop, to be manufactured in just 4 seconds.
Cost-effective machine. Delivering fully automated quality components doesn’t have to break the bank.
All operations are carried out in a single pass such as sawing to length, profiling, notching, tenoning, holes, dovetails, etc….

Compact and environmentally friendly

With a machining area less than one metre wide, the HM machine sets the standard for well-thought-out, compact machine design. Furthermore, the fully enclosed machining area with dust extraction provides a low-noise and dust-free healthy working environment.

Machine will fit in any workshop due to its compact footprint.
Can be installed directly on a concrete floor. Subfloor spaces are not required.
Full dust extraction from the machining area keeps the area around the machine free of dust, providing a pleasant working environment and noise-reducing production.
Workpieces, waste and residual wood are separated from each other automatically.

Automatic machine programming and optimisation

The HM machine is programmed automatically by means of BTL import. All you have to do is load the CAD design of the timber structure and in a few clicks, the machine program is generated. Spending hours programming machines and the possibility of errors are now a thing of the past.

The machine is programmed directly from the CAD model, making the task of producing custom projects effortless.
The software verifies machinability and generates the machine program automatically.
Production is optimised by the computer to minimise wood waste and maximise productivity.
Easy last-minute corrections to compensate for deviating timber sections and adjustment of tolerances, e.g. in joints such as dovetails, etc.
Intuitive user interface.
The automatic machine loader allows autonomous operation.
