Fully assembled gables

Starting with a kit containing wall logs, the machine cuts the timber to create the desired roof pitch, creates notches and secures the gables using nails or screws. Time-consuming manual work and incorrect gables are now a thing of the past.

Sawing symmetrical or asymmetrical pointed gables or curved gables.
Machining notches for purlins on the saw cut.
Nailing or screwing on the saw cut. The fasteners are hidden so no more right or left gables.
Multiple gables can be produced simultaneously.
The high speed of production allows production requirements to be met directly, eliminating the need for storage and internal transport.

The four-sided clamping of the workpiece, CNC-controlled sawing unit and immediate securing of gables ensure that such imperfections don’t occur when using the AMD TG machine.

With the TG machine, a gable with 4 notches for purlins can be produced in a matter of minutes using 28 mm thick logs. With the automated version, the speed is more than halved.

Accurate and user-friendly machine with optional automation

While it may be difficult to produce perfect gables manually, it is no problem at all for the TG machine. The four-sided clamping of the logs in the machine guarantees that the cut has the desired shape.

Extensive vertical and horizontal clamping ensures a beautifully finished saw cut.
Twisted and crooked logs are not a problem.
