All operations in a single pass

Wall logs are cut to length, the ends are profiled to a desired shape and up to 3 notches are milled with or without a wind stop.
Logs are finished in a single pass without having to be moved.
Fully automatic adjustment in a matter of seconds. A manual tool change is only required if the log thickness changes.
Finished and flawless logs of impeccable quality, ready for assembly.
Cross-cut saw with optimisation software for cutting the logs fed in to length.
Log cabin connections can be produced at an angle, e.g. for swimming pools,….
Suitable for both series production and custom projects.

Compact and environmentally friendly machine

Compact machine which can be installed directly on a concrete floor. Subfloor spaces are not required.
Precision parts are kept free of dust.
Automatic lockable dust extraction system close to the machining areas ensures a clean and healthy working environment. Only one external extraction connection is required.
The machine adjusts automatically. A manual tool change is only required if the log thickness changes.
Offline programming: the machine program can be generated in the office while the machine is still in operation.
